I recently broke my ankle/leg, so workouts like this aren't possible for months I fear. I have to rest now for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Do you have workouts on your channel or can recommend exercises that I could do nonetheless? Like training arms or belly even if you can hardly move because you can't use your legs or have to keep them laying still?
I just want to have a slim waist, not lose weight, can I still do this?

Wooow😮 it is indeed an intense workout 😊 My arm is on fire 🔥 I didn't know 7 minutes is that long 😅 I wish to update the results after a week 😊
Mountain Climbers were the hardest because my feet were slipping and I had to work extra hard to maintain the pace and stabilize my core. Full body sweat!!
I have saved this video from 1 year 😂 but honestly I started doing daily from last weeks I can feel the result completely my flabby arms are getting normal day by day

i did this for a couple months in the summer and lost 5-7 kgs. I keep coming back to this video workout whenever i feel like getting back in shape again. this is your sign to start, i did it every day of the week. felt super good and it was a quick workout too. all in all its a 10/10 from me!! thankyou holly! i do wish that you make a playlist or a 1 month challange for jumpe rope because now this is way too easy for me to do
Really like this workout!! Not a fan of constantly having to pause the video to get into the next abdominal move though, wish you gave about 5 seconds in between moves. Also there's no audio timer so I can't tell when I'm supposed to get into the next position without having to look at the video which kind of messes with my form. No issue with the leg moves! Just a couple of friendly suggestions
